Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Returns

All refunds must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned products or services must be in all original tags.

Returns Process

To apply for refund, please email customer service at info@entracloud.net or send us the hand written request with proof of purchase such as Invoice on following address:

Mail Charges will be paid by customer.

Refunds

After receiving your request via mail, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your mail to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Mobile Application Development
  • Artificial Intelligence Development
  • Email and Security Services
